1 Vaso Long Dring
1 Cucharilla d ebar.
1 Cuchillo.
1 Exprimidor de limones.
1 Pinza.
Pisco Peruano 125 Quebranta
1 Ginger Ale.
1 Limón
1 Mix de frutos del bosque (Fresa, frambuesa y arandanos).
1 Jarabe de goma de la casa.
Decoración: Brocheta de frutos del bosque con una rodaja de limón
Preparación:
Usaremos 2 onzas de nuestro Pisco Peruano 125 Quebranta en el vaso, seguimos con 1/2 onza de garabe de goma, exprimimos 1 Limón fresco, agregamos el mix de frutos rojos 1 1/4 de onza, mezclamos con la cuchara de bar para integrar, luego agregamos hielo dejando libre tres dedos y completamos con la Ginger Ale y terminamos decorando con la brocheta de frutos rojos.

1 Long Drinking Glass
1 Bar Spoon
1 Knife
1 Lemon Squeezer
1 Tongs
1 Peruvian Pisco 125 Quebranta
1 Ginger Ale
1 Lemon
1 Mixed Berry Mix (Strawberry, Raspberry, and Blueberry)
1 House Gum Syrup
Garnish: Skewer of forest fruits with a slice of lemon
Preparation:
We'll use 2 ounces of our Peruvian Pisco 125 Quebranta in the glass, followed by 1/2 ounce of gum garabe, squeeze a fresh lemon, add 1 1/4 ounces of the mixed berries, mix with a bar spoon to combine, then add ice, leaving three fingers free, top with Ginger Ale, and finish by garnishing with the berry skewer.
