1 vaso tiki 16 onzas.
1 Mixing Glass.
1 Cucharilla de bar.
1 Pinza.
Jigger.
1 Macerado de Pisco de piña.
1 Jarabe de cebada.
1 Zumo de limón.
1 agua tónica.
Hielo en cubos.
Hielo triturado.
Decoración: Rodaja de limón deshidratado, piña rallada, penca de piña y para aromatizar vainilla.
Preparación:
Primero que nada enfriamos nuestro vaso tiki agregando hielo, así mismo añadimos una pala de hielo, a nuestro mixin glass entre 8 a 10 cubos de hielo seguida de 02 onzas de jarabe de cebada, 02 onzas de macerado de Pisco de piña y 1 onza de zumo de limón y procedemos a agitar por unos segundos, retiramos el hielo del vaso tiki y agregamos la mezcla de la coctelera con todo y hielo, completamos con nuestra agua tónica y agregamos el hielo picado, decoramos con una cucharadita de piña rallada, la penca de piña, el limón deshidratado y terminamos aromatizando con vainilla.

1 16-ounce tiki glass.
1 Mixing glass.
1 Bar spoon.
1 Tongs.
Jigger.
1 Pineapple Pisco mash.
1 Barley syrup.
1 Lemon juice.
1 Tonic water.
Cubed ice.
Crushed ice.
Garnish: Dried lemon wedge, grated pineapple, pineapple stalk, and vanilla for flavoring.
Preparation:
First, chill your tiki glass by adding ice. Add 8 to 10 ice cubes to your mixing glass, followed by 2 ounces of barley syrup, 2 ounces of pineapple Pisco maceration, and 1 ounce of lemon juice. Shake for a few seconds. Remove the ice from the tiki glass and add the mixture from the shaker with ice. Top up with your tonic water and add the crushed ice. Garnish with a teaspoon of grated pineapple, the pineapple stalk, and the dehydrated lemon. Finish by adding vanilla flavoring.
